About Us

Legacy Outreach provides individual therapy for adolescents and adults. We employ relational, cognitive-behavioral approach that focuses mainly on establishing geniune connections with clients. We collobratively examine problematic thoughts, behaviors and relationship pattern to build a solid plan to improve overall well bell being of our clients.

By doing this we are able to suggest healthy changes to in problematic areas and how to implement them is the 'work' of the therapy process. 

Our goals for each client is push for distress reduction, expansion of coping skills, and improve mental and behavior health all around.
